Q: My dad turned himself in on January 6th for probation violation but his probation officer said that he wouldn't get sent to jail or prison if he went to a mental institution and rehab and he did but when he saw his probation officer on the 6th she sent him to jail I even have his papers with his probation officer saying that he wouldn't go to jail. Why did he go to jail for?
