Q: I HAVE A FRIEND THAT WAS SENTENCED TO 103 YRS FOR ATTEMPT TO MURDER 2 COUNTS OF ASSAULT BURGLARY AND KIDNAPPING HE BEEN IN JAIL NOW FOR 15 YEARS THESE EVENTS HAPPENED WHEN HE WAS 18 YRS OLD A FRIEND LACED THE MARIJUANA WITH SHERM WITHOUT HIS KNOWING OTHER WISE HE GOT IN TROUBLE WHILE YOUNGER BUT NOTHING LIKE ON HIS CASE.IS THERE A WAY TO GET THE SENTENCE DROPPED LOWER A LOT CHANGES IN 15 YEARS YOU THINK TOTALLY DIFFERENT YOU HANDLE THINGS DIFFERENT, IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO?
