Q: how often do inmates get their mail? also, if i sent the mail to a department close to the detention center but not the exact detention center, will they still receive the mail?
Q: i sent my mail to juvenile probation department when i just realized i found the address for the detention center he is actually being held in. They are in the same place hunt county same zip code just different departments I guess. I just want to make sure they will get the mail though. Do you know if that means they will still receive it?
Q: How will I know if my inmate got the letter I sent? Also, how can I start making phone calls?
Q: If I haven't been able to contact the inmate or hear from them, can I still find out if the mail was given to them?
Q: If I go to visit the inmate and I happen to not know if they already had their maximum visitations of the week, can I still get a message or something to the inmate, or will I have to visit and communicate completely another time?
Q: If I sent the mail today, it should take 1-3 days right? Where does the mail get sent from like what is the starting address before it gets to Greenville?
