Q: My daughter had a warrant for her arrest in Payne County Oklahoma, which she never received a summons or any notification, and was on her way to Italy for school when she was detained at the Atlanta Georgia airport and taken into custody. She had her court hearing today and signed papers to be extradited to Oklahoma but they told her it could take OK 30 days to come get her, what can I do to speed the process along and how do I find a good attorney? I have no experience with these issues at all! Please help!
