Q: My boyfriend is on probation and he only had a month to go till he was off, he got pulled over at a check point and was arrested for some new charges; this was back in 2/2015 so its been a year now he got time served on all charges in November 2015. He's still in jail on a probation hold not sure if hes gotta back up his 10 years or not. How long does it take to find out if hes gonna do time? Or do you think there's a possibility of being released since he got time served on all the charges?
