Q: I am divorcing my pedophile husband very soon. He has been convicted of predatory sexual assault on his OWN DAUGHTER. ..a class x felony. I'm aware if he were to file in there it'd be free but what about if i file out here as underprivileged, would my divorce still be free? We have no marital property but we do have 2 minor children that by my choice i do believe can keep them clear of him till they're 18. Does anyone know if this is true?
