Q: Firstly thank you. BIG Thanks for providing info, its very hard to get. Is it possible mail could be help up/delayed 3 weeks from getting to the mail room (CIM) to the inmate? i have sent 5 letters in 3 weeks and none have been received. CDC Number and address are both correct. A have put money into his account and he doesnt even know its there because no mail had reached him! I called 7 times today (from Australia) no answer at any extension.. very frustrating and i cant find an e,ail contact for such questions.. how do i find anything out?

Q: My Fiance is currently in reception in Chino. Just before this ordeal he filed for divorce form his wife (they had been separated for years) anyway the court date to finalize the divorce was on April 4th 2014, she told me she forgot to go and obviously he couldn't attend. We have been waiting on this divorce over 6 months. Because she didn't go they gave her another date for September, another 5 months away. I haven't told him yet because i know he was really excited about it being done with. Is there anything he can do from prison like tell a counselor and have a representative or alert someone he is unable to attend or something in cases she doesnt turn up to court again? There is no contesting it and i read online somewhere if there is no contesting or issues with child support you may not have to apprear.. before i tell him he still isnt divorced i wanted to know if there is anything he can do to from Prision. he was the one who filed. Q: Hello My Fiance is currently in Chino CA. Since arriving in Chino he met with the board who told him his release date was Jan 2016. He is in minimum security and his crime was rated non-violent. It is his first offence. How often do they see the board? is it possible he could be released earlier than Jan 2016 or do people generally serve the full sentence? its all very confusing, we have never had to deal with any of this before.
