Q: My friend was transferred to the Robinson Assessment and Treatment center in NJ I'm assuming getting ready for pending release as his max release date is 02/2017. What I want to know is how I find out if he's allowed to receive mail and if he is if the process is the same and what info I need to have to write to him there.
