Q: my boyfriend accepted a plea deal of 8 months state jail and 4 years tdc. he will be at c in bartlett texas. i dont know what unit he will be in but his probation was revoked for theft and tampering with evidence. what unit do you think he will be at, and since im his girlfriend (we also have a child together) will i be able to get contact visits?
Q: my bf has 3 charges, criminal mischief, tampering with evidence (felony since it's his 3rd one) and theft. They gave him 8 months for the state jail (theft) and 4 years for TDC (tampering). His terms are running concurrent, and right now he's in county for a month-45 days i suppose for the criminal mischief, but after he leaves county he'll have a total of 8 months back time. They told me he would do tdc first and then state jail. What do you think he'll end up doing? He has no tattoos, hes not gang related and has no aggravated charges, not even in his past. He comes from a good family, just made bad choices being the black sheep of the family

Q: I have a cell phone thats in my mothers name, shes willing to help me set it up so my inmate can call me when he gets to prison and they allow him to call me. How do we set up the cell phone to allow calls?
Q: My fiance is in the Huntsville unit and he keeps telling me i have to set up the visitation is that true?
